Did I mention that I loved working with Ron O’Bryan?  (yeh I think you did once or twice – Ed.)

Here’s the menu for next Tuesday’s feast … turducken! pigeon! fried chicken! quail kiev! Deep Fried Gaytime !!! (no I’m not sure what that is either but it sounds darn nice and I’ll stop using exclamation marks now).  And lotsa lotsa Trumer. Join us?

Canapes – On Arrival

quail scotch eggs   crispy chicken skin     quail kievs

1st Course

 grilled pigeon salad – radicchio di Treviso, endive, walnuts, dill, parsley & red wine


2nd Course

 ‘CFC’ – Collingwood Fried Chicken

marinated in buttermilk, served with hot mustard coleslaw

3rd Course


grits, frickles & collard greens


deep fried gaytime – that’s right!
