Menu for Delicious Delectable Vegetables

Nic has sent me through his planned menu for this night of fab food at Embrasse Restaurant.

Corn custard, fresh macadamias, radishes

Petit Mancain

Organic leek, burned potato, ginger red wine, parsley roots, Mimolette cheese

Carrot and galangal juice

 Meli Melo of vegetables

Rhubarb and cherry blossom tea

 Beetroot steak, aligot, vegetable jus gras, lettuce

Grapes cooked in pressure cooker, preserved and macerating since the 9th August

 Goat cheese, hay biscuit, orange & capsicum, bee pollen


White chocolate, nuts, meringue, ganache

Mum and Dad’s walnut wine
